Stay away from the Rogue valley and grants pass too many drig and alcohol abusers and the police do not care if they harrass you. Also lots of homeless in the area. People are racist, sexist, uneducated. Retire in a smaller town but do your research first! I didn't know I had to specifically research drug prevalence back when we moved to Medford and bought a house but I do now!
